Grapes for good health.
Refreshing, nourishing and gor gorgeous grapes are in season.
Rich in sugar, minerals and vitamins, grapes are easily digestible.
Their juice acts as a stimulant to kidney function and helps the body flush out toxins. Grapes mixed with honey make an excellent nerve tonic. Grape oil is extracted from grape seeds and used as salad oil. Drop in at your closest HOPCOMS outlet in the City, where the ‘Grape Mela’ is currently on, and head home with baskets of the luscious fruit.
